Thank you Kristopher,

The insurance companies dont know, care about or understand what I do since
I document in their language and produce a profit for them.

My patients do have an understanding , I have about 5 analysands now in
insurance based practice and one in private practice.

I have talked about the cut with several patients.  I cannot use it or
afford it in insurance based work.  I am going to try in private practice
when it seems like good  clinical treatment.   I think the patient will
return for the next meeting.
