[Topologos] New subtitles

Dear friends and colleagues

A new series of subtitles to the topological lectures is available. It's 
again due to the work
of Quinn. These are the lectures whose number are #21, #22, #23, #25 and 
#26.

#24 is missing so far as Quinn told me he had some difficulties with 
this one.

They are the ones with a brown color:
