I am very glad to hear that you are well and I think that soon the precariousness of life will not affect you more than other human beings¹. The merit of the prosperity of your offspring also goes to your wife !

Your interest in Shakespeare ² is also very pleasing. I often wonder the need for new poets from humanity. I wait with great curiosity your impressions of Rome next year. Everyone knows that the first impression is deceptive, and even disturbing.

So far this year has brought me a lot of work ; it is only now that things calmed down. What a pity that your work does little to advance theoretical.
